The ability to find free parking on the Las Vegas Strip is getting harder and harder, which is a total bummer.
I still remember the days when a majority of hotels used to offer free parking. And not too long ago, The Venetian and Palazzo had free parking! But I guess nothing good lasts forever — those days are now gone!
But luckily, there are a select few places on the Strip that still offer free parking to not just hotel guests… but ALL guests.
We’ve also included a little map at the beginning of this post so you can pick out the free parking venue that is closest to where you need to go!
The locations marked in green are hotels, while the locations marked in orange are shopping malls. Note: Wynn, Encore, and Fontainebleau offer limited free parking to non-hotel guests. The rest offer completely free parking to all guests.
Treasure Island Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
Free for: Hotel guests and all other guests
Treasure Island offers complimentary self-parking and valet services to hotel and casino guests.
The 24/7 parking garage occupies a seven-level structure housing about 630 parking spaces.
TI is walkable to attractions such as the gondola rides and Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, Harrah’s, Caesars Palace, The LINQ Hotel and Promenade, and the Fountains of Bellagio.
Address: Treasure Island, 3300 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Fashion Show Mall
Free for: All guests (including valet)
Fashion Show Mall offers convenient free self-parking and valet for guests.
Free parking is available at the Fashion Show Mall during mall hours in an underground parking deck and in two multi-level parking structures. Underground parking is accessible via Spring Mountain Road and Fashion Show Drive. North and South Parking Garages are accessible from Mel Torme Way or Industrial Road. Surface parking is available off of Spring Mountain Road, Industrial Road, and Mel Torme Way.
Their free valet parking service allows guests to pick up their vehicle at any of the three valet locations, regardless of the original drop-off location. Free valet service is available in front of Nordstrom and Sak’s Fifth Avenue.
Address: Fashion Show Las Vegas, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd S Ste. 600, Las Vegas, NV 89109
SAHARA Las Vegas
Free for: Hotel guests and all other guests
Parking is free at SAHARA Las Vegas for hotel and property guests. They have two parking garages that provide convenient access with entrances from Las Vegas Boulevard and Paradise Road. Each entrance also offers free valet parking.
While SAHARA is located quite north on the Las Vegas Strip, it does put you within walking distance to The STRAT and the iconic Golden Steer Steakhouse.
Location: SAHARA Las Vegas, 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Circus Circus Hotel
Free for: Hotel guests and all other guests
Self-parking at Circus Circus Las Vegas is complimentary for all guests and visitors.
If you’re here for Circus Circus’ The Adventuredome theme park or The Steak House, you’ll get free parking! Circus Circus is also conveniently situated by Resorts World (Famous Foods Street Eats is one of our favorite food halls), Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall.
Valet parking, however, is not free. Valet parking rates are as follows:
- 0 to 2 hours: $12
- Over 2 to 4 hours: $14
- Over 4 to 24 hours: $16
- Over 24 hours: $16 each additional day or fraction thereof
Location: Circus Circus Hotel, 2880 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Wynn Las Vegas
Free for: Hotel guests, limited for non-hotel guests
I’ve strategically added Wynn and Encore here at the bottom on purpose, because there are caveats to their free parking policy these days. While parking used to be completely free for anyone and everyone, things have changed recently.
Self-parking at the resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests.
For non-registered guests, the daily parking fee is $20 per day, with the first three (3) hours free.
Tower Suites registered guests are also eligible for complimentary valet parking during their stay.
Location: Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
The latest update: As of late 2023, the complimentary parking for non-guests was reduced from 4 hours to 3 hours. A company spokesperson said the company has determined that three hours works best for a guest seeing a show or dining at the property, but that four hours was being used by people seeing entertainment elsewhere.
Encore Las Vegas
Free for: Hotel guests, limited for non-hotel guests
Self-parking at the Encore resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests.
For non-registered guests, the daily parking fee is $20 per day, with the first three (3) hours free.
Tower Suites registered guests are also eligible for complimentary valet parking during their stay.
Location: Encore Las Vegas, 3121 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Free for: Hotel guests, limited for non-hotel guests
Situated on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip across from Circus Circus and Resorts World, Fontainebleau is Vegas’ newest luxury hotel on the Strip, featuring a casino, world-class dining, spa, nightlife, and more.
Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests for the duration of their stay. All other guests receive up to four (4) hours of complimentary self-parking.
Location: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, 2777 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
The Shops at Crystals
Free for: All guests who are okay with valet-only
There is no self-parking at Crystals. They only have valet parking, and it is (surprisingly) free!
Valet is located underground during the hours of 10AM to 11PM daily. As you approach the lower levels, stay in the right lane and follow the signs that lead to Crystals.
Location: Underground, on Aria Place and Las Vegas Blvd. (3720 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158)
Free Parking At Other Hotels On The Strip: Reward Members, Military, Locals
While the options of totally free self-parking are limited, several other properties on the Strip offer free parking to Nevada locals, veteran/military personnel, and loyalty program members.
Caesars Entertainment properties (Horseshoe, Caesars Palace, Paris, The LINQ, Flamingo, and The Cromwell) – first three (3) hours free for Nevada residents with a valid Nevada driver’s license.
MGM Resorts International properties (Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Park MGM, New York-New York, Luxor, and Excalibur resorts) – first three (3) hours free for Nevada residents with a valid Nevada driver’s license.
MGM Resorts also offers free self-parking to active duty military, veterans, and their spouses through its Military & Veterans Program (MVP). MVP cardholders are automatically upgraded to the Pearl Tier Level, which includes complimentary self-parking at MGM Resorts properties. To receive the benefit, guests must scan their MVP card at the exit machine.
Resorts World offers complimentary parking for Elite Tier Genting Rewards members.
The STRAT offers complimentary parking for Nevada residents with valid Nevada ID.
Pro Tip
If you’re looking for free parking at the MGM Resorts (MGM Grand, Aria, Bellagio, etc.) and are NOT a Nevada local or affiliated with the military, there are two other ways to get free parking:
Self-parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards Members with a level of Pearl, Gold, Platinum and NOIR. Guests must insert their MGM Rewards card at the exit gate to receive the free parking benefit.
Be a holder of the MGM Rewards credit card (no annual fee). Cardholders receive complimentary Pearl elite status with the MGM Rewards program, which grants you free self-parking at MGM properties. Guests must insert their MGM Rewards Mastercard at the exit gate to receive the free parking benefit.
Regarding the hotels we listed above — not a long list right?
I know, it’s a bummer to see so many hotels implementing paid parking, but at least we still have a handful of hotels and resorts we can count on for free parking on the Strip!
