LAVO at The Palazzo
Highlights: Decadent dishes, dancing on tables, bottle-popping presentations, and sounds by the hottest DJs.
LAVO is one of the many restaurants offered within The Venetian. But this one’s super special. The thing they’re most famous for — aside from the massive 1-pound meatball on the menu — is their Party Brunch experience! It’s one of the most fun times you’ll ever have at brunch.
Offering indulgent menus, a large selection of champagne, live chef stations, bottomless cocktails, and resident DJs, brunch at LAVO is unlike anything on the Las Vegas Strip.
Saturdays and Sundays are where it’s at. On Saturdays from October to March, you can partake in the famed LAVO Party Brunch where you can even dance on top of tables after your meal. Every Sunday, you can indulge in a bottomless Italian brunch experience with unlimited options and live chef stations.
Mon Ami Gabi at Paris
Highlights: A charming French bistro right in Paris Las Vegas that feels like a mini vacation.
Transport yourself to the streets of Paris without leaving the Strip at Mon Ami Gabi, a charming French bistro known for its classic dishes and sidewalk café ambiance. Originally hailing from Chicago, this hotspot serves up French favorites like steak frites, escargot, and anything else bistro-y.
For brunch, you’ll love the French classics like Quiche Lorraine, Crêpes, and their legendary Steak Frites. Another fan-favorite is the Onion Soup Au Gratin.
Whenever we’ve walk by this restaurant during brunch hours, it’s always bursting with diners. Make reservations if you can, and don’t miss the chance to snag a table on the patio for some prime people-watching while you dine!
If you like breakfast, be sure to show up before 11 am, at which point they switch to their brunch menu.

First off, Sadelle’s is a gorgeous restaurant. It’s classy and chic, with a touch of retro New York.
The space features bright, airy interiors with large windows offering views of the beautiful Bellagio Conservatory. The decor includes elegant marble countertops, eye-catching tile work, brass accents, and plush seating.
Sadelle’s is famous for its towering Sadelle’s Tower, loaded with bagels, smoked salmon, and all the trimmings—brunch goals. The menu also features classic options like Eggs Benedict and Blueberry Pancakes.

CHICA at The Venetian
Highlights: Spice up your brunch with bright Latin flavors.
If modern Mexican is what you’re feeling, CHICA is the ultimate spot for a festive brunch with your crew.
With dishes like Arepas Benedict, the Mexican “Mezze”, Seafood Arroz Negro, and zesty ceviches, CHICA is where you go for a brunch that’s anything but boring.
Feeling something sweet? You can’t miss the Lemon Ricotta Bunuelo Donuts, Dulce de Leche French Toast, or Strawberry Guava Waffle. I mean, how can you deny such unique flavors? I’m drooling just thinking about it.
The colorful decor and upbeat music of the restaurant will also help to set the scene for a brunch that’s full of energy and flavor.
Bouchon at The Venetian
Highlights: Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller brings you classic French brunch vibes in an elegant setting.
If you don’t know the name Thomas Keller, where have you been? Famed for his culinary excellence, Keller’s influence extends beyond his acclaimed Napa Valley restaurants! Fortunately for those in Las Vegas, Bouchon offers a taste of his exceptional French cuisine without the need to travel to Northern California.
Brunch at Bouchon is all about indulging in French favorites like Croque Madame, Bouchon French Toast, and their famous Boudin Blanc.
The bistro’s cozy, countryside-inspired decor makes it feel like a little escape to France! Don’t miss out on their fresh pastries and high-quality dishes that make every bite a delight.
The Henry at The Cosmo
Highlights: Where classic comfort food gets a chic, modern twist in a super stylish setting.
A modern American eatery with casual upscale charm, The Henry is the round-the-clock spot for a unique twist on comfort food. Brunching at The Henry is as “brunchy” as it gets.
The restaurant’s signature dishes, the Short Rib Benedict and Henry’s Brioche French Toast will totally hit the spot. Plus, we love that it’s conveniently located within The Cosmo because there’s so much other cool stuff to discover at the hotel!
Primrose at Park MGM
Highlights: A super cute, French-inspired brunch in a garden-like setting.
At Primrose, their motto is that breakfast is better without a deadline and garden parties with bubbles are the best way to brunch. With that said, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink sparkling rosé and brunch every day until 2pm!
Primrose’s brunch menu is packed with classic goodies like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Avocado Toast, and Eggs Provençal.
With the cute decor and pale green painted walls, you’ll feel like you’re dining in a charming French country home, complete with lovely greenery and flowers. With both indoor and outdoor seating, you can enjoy a laidback brunch surrounded by natural beauty.
BONUS: Seafood brunch at a hotel buffet
While buffets aren’t the ‘cutest’ venues, they sure are popular brunch options!
In fact, I can tell you that over the years, the restaurant that I’ve probably dined at most is Bacchanal at Caesars Palace. It’s been a Las Vegas staple ever since I can remember because everyone loves their Crab Brunch! But these days, it is the priciest buffet out there.
Here are a handful of other seafood buffet options in Las Vegas, GoVegasGuide-approved!
