15 Things To Do At ARIA Las Vegas For The Full Experience

Compared to other major resorts like Caesars Palace and The Venetian (both of which are bursting at the seams with things to do), ARIA Resort & Casino may look like it pales in comparison. You might even think Aria is no more than a hotel that people pass through when it gets hot outdoors.

Papu and I certainly didn’t think much about Aria until we actually stayed at the hotel for ourselves. And in actuality, it’s so much more than “just a hotel”.

The hidden thing that we ended up loving most? Their commitment to sustainability throughout the property (which is not something that the Strip does well).

ARIA Resort & Casino, a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star destination, seamlessly blends open spaces, natural light and architectural beauty with eco-friendly initiatives, showcasing a commitment to sustainability in every aspect around the 4-million-square-foot property.

At Aria Las Vegas, your days can be spent lounging by the shimmering pools or treating yourself to a rejuvenating spa session. As evening falls, the resort comes alive with world-class dining options. You’ll even notice partygoers flocking to ARIA for its premier nightclub!

From day to night, you’ll find something to see, eat, and do at ARIA. Here are the top things to do at ARIA Las Vegas for the full experience.

What’s Around ARIA?

To the east: The Shops at Crystals — To the south: Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas — To the north: Vdara Diagonally to the northeast: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Prepare to have a wild night filled with strong drinks, loud music, and nonstop dancing at JEWEL Nightclub!

Spanning more than 24,000 square feet is Tao Group’s new nightlife experience, JEWEL. This multi-level venue, known for its state-of-the-art technology and LED light-infused atmosphere, regularly hosts top-tier DJs and artists like The Chainsmokers, DJ Pauly D, Lil Jon, Steve Aoki, and more.

Pro Tip: Reach out to a promoter who’s affiliated with JEWEL to get on the guestlist (for free entry or discounted admission). If you’re celebrating a special event, they may even be able to hook you up with a specially-priced table at the nightclub for bottle service.

ALIBI Ultra Lounge

For a more intimate yet equally refined experience, ALIBI Ultra Lounge awaits with its elegant decor and expertly crafted cocktails. This space offers a sanctuary for those who prefer a quieter night out with more relaxed vibes but still long for the excellence in hospitality that Aria is known for.

As you enjoy your drink, let the eclectic tunes set a sophisticated backdrop for your evening.

If you can get reservations… Carbone

Transporting you to the glamorous era of Italian-American dining, Carbone at Aria is worth dining at if you love Italian cuisine.

Originally hailing from New York City, Carbone has made its mark in the restaurant space with an exquisite menu rooted in tradition. It’s nearly impossible to get a reservation at the NYC location, which should tell you just how good it is.

If you need pointers on a dish to order, go with the celebrated spicy rigatoni vodka, a dish that perfectly balances bold flavors and culinary finesse. Other dishes such as the octopus pizzaiolo and signature dishes like veal Parmesan and chicken scarpariello make Carbone a must-visit.

Proper Eats Food Hall

For a more casual dining experience with lots of yummy options, head to Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria.

Try the gourmet egg sandos from Egghead, indulge in a comforting bowl of ramen from Laughing Buddha Ramen, try Steve Aoki’s (surprisingly good) pizza at Pizzaoki, and satisfy your sweet tooth at Easy Donuts & Coffee.

Other options include the first Wexler’s Deli outside of Los Angeles; London’s famous Seoul Bird; and Clique’s newest concept, Temaki, serving fresh, innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes. In total, you’ll find ~10-12 eateries here, including the spacious Proper Bar.

Keep an eye out for their special events too. From live music to themed parties, their events calendar is packed with exciting happenings throughout the year. They have parties for Sunday football games, Valentine’s Day, March Madness, and lots more throughout the year.

And if you’re into bottomless mimosas and bloody marys, be sure to head there on Saturdays and Sundays!

Speaking of Easy Donuts… did you know there’s actually a speakeasy hidden somewhere in the ARIA?

For those with a passion for speakeasies and finely crafted cocktails, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is a must-visit. Tucked away behind an unassuming donut shop, this hidden gem offers an intimate environment with a classic vibe reminiscent of the ’20s.

Easy’s is a whole vibe. It’s a beautifully crafted space featuring plush velvet seating, throwback energy, and live music nightly which helps to set the mood for a great night! Genres of live music performances range from jazz to blues and everything in between.

The drinks here are next level too. Expect elusive spirits new to the market and perfectly poured cocktails exclusive to Easy’s, all designed by a master mixologist. If you’re open to splurging, get something off the Showstoppers menu — these whimsical cocktail creations will set you back $50 a pop, but they’re going to be unforgettable that’s for sure.

Easy’s is discreetly located in Proper Eats Food Hall on the second floor behind that donut shop door.

Princess Diana & The Royals: The Exhibition

Calling all The Crown and Princess Diana lovers! Did you know there’s an exhibit dedicated entirely to Princess Diana and the rest of the royal family? It’s hiding in plain sight right on the Strip too.

At the Princess Diana Exhibition (located at The Shops at Crystals), you’ll be transported through 10,000 square feet of space, featuring 12 themed rooms and over 700 personal artifacts of Princess Diana.

Highlights include the largest on-display collection of Diana’s evening gowns, a life-size artistic recreation of her iconic wedding dress, and engagement dresses crafted by a world-renowned paper artist. You’ll also find handwritten notes from Diana to Charles, showcasing her sense of humor, and an extensive array of royal family memorabilia.

Need help to understand what everything is? The exhibit does have an audio guide available for purchase. The audio guide shares the untold stories behind some of Diana’s most personal items.

LIQUID Pool Lounge is a whole vibe. This adult-only hideaway offers poolside pampering and a premier party experience with luxurious dipping pools, refreshing cocktails, and delicious food offerings.

Upon arrival, guests who want to take their afternoon up a notch can reserve one of Liquid’s eight secluded cabanas or three party cabanas. If that’s too much for you, you can opt to relax on one of the day beds that line the 1,200-square-foot main pool.

While it’s certainly no EBC (Encore Beach Club), it’s a great day party option if you’re looking to save some money. It’s probably the best value option when it comes to dayclubs — the venue is on the smaller side, but the vibes are great.

Chances are, if you’re walking to ARIA from some other hotel, you’ll be passing through here. At the very least, it’s a nice spot to enjoy the AC and duck from the heat/sun.

You’ll also find Mastro’s Ocean Club, Toca Madera, and a bar in there.

Din Tai Fung, originating from Taiwan, has become a global phenomenon, and its presence at Aria brings a much-needed authentic taste of Taiwanese cuisine to the Strip.

When you dine at Din Tai Fung, you need to order a few baskets of the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) because one basket is just not enough after you taste how delicious they are! Other quality dishes include the spicy shrimp and pork wontons and the Dan Dan noodles.

Complete your XLB meal with the sweet taro buns or the red bean sticky rice dumplings for a sweet conclusion. Don’t forget to explore the extensive tea menu for a traditional accompaniment to your meal.

For a main course, the Bouillabaisse is a seafood lover’s dream, featuring an array of fresh fish and shellfish in a saffron-infused broth.

The Steak Frites, a timeless French dish, offers a succulent grilled ribeye with perfectly crispy fries. End your meal on a sweet note with the decadent Profiteroles au Chocolat.

Powered with innovative Technogym equipment, ARIA’s gym is where state-of-the-art facilities converge with personal service. You’re sure to find your favorite way to break a sweat with 6,000 square feet of equipment to choose from, including a rock climbing wall!

For a hotel, ARIA’s gym is seriously one of the best. You’ll find endless rows of Cybex treadmills, elliptical machines, and exercise bikes, all with their own TV screens. There are also free weights and weight machines perfect for all your weightlifting needs.

They offer all kinds of fitness classes/sessions on top of the awesome gym equipment: group classes (yoga, barre, HIIT), personal training, one-on-one stretching sessions, and even instructor-led hiking classes (all at an additional cost).

For even more wellness, opt for their infrared full-body composition, red light therapy, meditation, and sound bath therapy sessions. Yup, ARIA takes its wellness menu seriously.

Pamper yourself at ARIA Spa & Salon

Okay, so you’ve partied hard in Vegas, and now it’s time to treat yourself, R&R-style. Head over to the ARIA Spa & Salon, and prepare for the ultimate self-care experience.

Recognized with the esteemed Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award, The Spa & Salon at ARIA stands as the world’s largest Forbes Five-Star Spa. Offering a comprehensive range of skincare and massage treatments, their full-service spa seamlessly incorporates the elements of the Earth to provide a rejuvenating experience.

To experience something unique at the spa, try the outdoor infinity-style therapy pool, the ganbanyoku heated stone beds, and a shio salt meditation room. Take a fitness class or maybe zen out with a yoga sesh.

After that, dive into unique relaxation rooms that’ll have you feeling like you’ve entered another dimension of calm.

See fine art throughout the resort

At the heart of Aria’s commitment to culture and sustainability is its fine art collection, prominently displayed throughout the resort.

You can appreciate Maya Lin’s iconic “Silver River”, her recreation of the Colorado River made entirely of reclaimed silver, which elegantly drapes above the reception area.

In addition to Lin’s work, wander through the resort and you’ll encounter a diverse array of impressive artwork from acclaimed artists, integrated into Aria’s public spaces. There’s Jack Goldstein’s painting next to Lemongrass, Isa Genzken’s 26-foot rose sculpture at the hotel’s porte cochere, Tony Cragg’s towering columns made of different materials in the self-park lobby, and more.

By presenting fine art in accessible spaces, Aria enriches your Las Vegas visit by offering a convenient opportunity to peek into the art world without having to go to a museum!
